Suzanne

Interested in body mechanics and the unending layers of her yoga practice, Suzanne attended a teacher training simply to enhance her personal yoga practice. Mesmerized by the anatomy and technique she learned, she found herself teaching to share her joy, passion and knowledge.

Using simple language, Suzanne creates balanced, precise classes without being tedious. Through her approach, students tune in to body and mind. She creates an opportunity to relish in a practice that reduces stress, embraces your uniqueness and allows you revel in life a little more.

When Suzanne isn't enjoying time with her family, taking in an action flick or reading, you'll find her on her mat. She still consistently finds herself in workshops and trainings to stay fresh and inspired with Jason Crandell and Troy Lucero as her main influences.

  • A fun and dynamic flow based yoga that links movements with breath to create balance in body and mind. Vinyasa places an emphasis on core and upper body strength, while toning and increasing flexibility throughout the whole body.
