Hot Hatha

An adaption of the classic 26 posture sequence that includes breathing exercises. Hatha systematically works the entire body to increase strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. The room is heated to warm the muscles in preparation for a safer stretch and to aid in the release of toxins.


Hot Vinyasa

A fun and dynamic flow based yoga that links movements with breath to create balance in body and mind. Vinyasa places an emphasis on core and upper body strength, while toning and increasing flexibility throughout the whole body.



Known as a quiet yet profound practice, yin yoga consists primarily of seated or floor postures with longer holds while focusing on breath work and meditation. During this practice the objective is to relax the muscles, allowing access the connective tissues of the body. Yin brings balance to the typical yang practice (hatha/power vinyasa). Room is heated to 80°-85°.

Dharma Wheel Yoga
The Dharma Yoga Wheel is an amazing tool that helps anyone, from beginner to the advanced practitioner, move deeper into their yoga postures. The wheel was designed to aid in deepening backbends, gain flexibility in a variety of ways, and invite a sense of play into your practice. Come unlock your hips, mid-back, and shoulders with this heart opening class.

Aerial Yoga Play

Let your yoga take flight and swing your way into feeling fit while having fun!
Aerial Yoga Play allows a combination of benefits similar to aerial yoga, Pilates, suspended resistance training, acrobatics, and dance all rolled into one for an amazing suspended fitness experience. It allows for all the benefits of traditional yoga- flexibility, strength and balance – with the unique conditioning of aerial dance and acrobatics for an exhilarating new way of approaching yoga. 
Sculpt your body in the air, using our special yoga swings, as you tone muscles, find balance, and increase flexibility.
Our Aerial Yoga Swings are specially made to be supportive, stretchy, and comfortable. They support your body in your yoga practice and increase your ability to enter into challenging poses, like backbends and inversions, with more safety and ease.
Come discover how the Aerial Yoga Play swings are one of the most effective tools you can use to suspend the body, open up the spine, and create more space in the neck and lower back which provides a unique advantage in rehabilitating these commonly strained areas.

This specialty class is not a part of your regular hot yoga membership or class card purchase. 

Yoga Tune Up
Once a month we replace Yin practice with this amazing ball massage therapy session.  Using specialized rubber balls along with yoga breath, we move starting at feet all the way to the head to massage and release tension in areas you need it the most. 

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga is a wonderful way to stay active during your pregnancy, while preparing your body for labor and delivery. We combine breathing exercises, movement, meditation, relaxation and education about childbirth and your changing body, to help you discover your inner wisdom as a woman and prepare you to birth with confidence and peace. These classes are be held in Studio B and are not heated. Class sizes are limited, so please pre-register.
Private sessions

Your private yoga session will be designed to meet your specific needs and answer any questions you have. Through this one-on-one instruction, in your desired style of yoga with a teacher of your liking, you’ll gain understanding of proper alignment and techniques used in practice. $75 for 60 minute session.


Semi- Private Sessions

We will create a class based on the group’s specific needs and desires. Rates depend on the size of your group. We are also able to accommodate sports’ teams and larger groups. Call for more details or to schedule your class. $20 per person with a minimum of $150 for a 60 min session.
